Decentralized and Autonomous — How DAOs Work
We'll be discussing how to succeed in the Web3 and crypto world without knowing any software. Ole Lehmann , who shares a lot about these topics, has summarized how to find work in this field , and we really liked it, so we want to share a summary with you.
He says you don't actually need to be a software developer. To be in this field, you need to have one of four basic skills, and you can start developing yourself right away.
Write and create, earn and create.
The first of these is copywriting . Many companies in this field are founded by software developers. However, even though they are very good at technical things, they sometimes don't market their work very well. Let's think about what they might need.
• Websites where they can explain their work in clear and engaging ways.
• Pages and platforms they can use for sales
• Articles that explain their projects, also known as " whitepapers ".
• Social media content
• Growing their audience
Communities need governance!
Another skill is community management. These communities cannot exist without management. Everyone needs someone in charge so that requests and desires can be conveyed to the top, problems can be solved , and the system can function. To do this, you need to conquer Web3 groups, and he has listed what you need to do.
These groups are usually managed or controlled through applications like Discord . Therefore, you need to find these Web3 applications and then join their groups. After that, you can start answering questions from members; someone who understands or is trying to understand the system will quickly gain the knowledge to answer these questions.
Working in the Web3 Domain
Next, you need to gain dominance on social media and strengthen communication with group members . This essentially means talking a lot, sharing ideas, and proving that you are a valuable member of the group. The advice is to do this at every opportunity. You will definitely get noticed; the more influence you have, the greater your chances of success. It's also possible to make your own proposal without waiting to be noticed!
If you're the type of person who can't wait to be noticed or to make an impact, you can research job postings in this field. Many Web3 and crypto startups are looking for their own community manager.
Video editing and production!
Another skill is video production and editing. Some of you may have dabbled in it or had some kind of tangential encounter. We know how much effort it requires, but if you're proficient, we want you to be aware of the valuable skill you possess. It would be a bit of a shame not to use it, wouldn't it?
One of the new advertising avenues we've started using over the years is creating viral content through videos on platforms like TikTok . However, many people fail at feeding the algorithm . If you work on viral videos and achieve success in this area, you can add value not only in the Web3 space but also in many other areas by creating or managing video content.
study them as if you were taking an exam . Improve your storytelling , develop your video editing skills. Master them through plenty of trial and error, and finally, learn to write good descriptions.
After that, create content for a project, work on a few examples, and then send them a private message. Make your own proposal; if they like your work, you can become an indispensable employee.
Who is organizing all these events?
Our final skill is organizing or participating in events, essentially understanding organization . Countless Web3 and crypto events are held every week in many cities around the world . If you follow them closely, you'll realize the seriousness of the situation, and that these events are always being organized by someone. You don't necessarily have to be at the top, you don't necessarily have to be very lucky!
Stages are being set up, meeting places are being chosen, and catering is being prepared. Most importantly, sponsors are being found. If you choose to take one of these organizational steps and have an inclination towards these areas, you will actually be taking your first step into the Web3 world in a way that doesn't often come to mind. Furthermore, being present at many events in person will bring with it the chance to make many new acquaintances.
MeetUp and Eventbrite . Try to reach out to the organizers and find out if they need any help. Start by choosing events you can attend in person and make a difference; if you exceed expectations, they'll invite you to their next event.
Now, looking at some of the developments, Opera promises to protect its users from suspicious websites and phishing attacks with a new security feature added to its cryptocurrency browser . Users can easily buy cryptocurrencies through the browser and transact with tokens without having to deal with extensions .
Another piece of news concerns a much-loved BNB game ! Despite the recent slowdown, Monsterra managed to reach 300,000 users in the last three months . Now, to provide its players with a faster and more secure experience, it has decided to migrate to the Avalanche ecosystem , where it can operate more efficiently .
Sam Bankman Fried, the CEO of FTX , who was arrested last Monday , has gone down in American history as one of the biggest financial criminals . He is accused of defrauding investors and also of making illegal contributions to political parties .
also alleged that Sam Bankman Fried, who surrendered before his scheduled testimony, did so to protect someone . Some of these allegations also stem from the relationship between FTX , Gary Gensler , and the Democratic Party .
That was this week's news, and we hope to bring you more joyful news next Sunday. We hope you have a peaceful and wonderful day and that it inspires you on your other days.
